    Approx. 1.5 lb. size, priced according to weight. How about making some old fashioned Tapioca Pudding? Here is the recipe. Enjoy! Mix one egg (slightly beaten) ¼ cup white sugar, 1/8 teasp. salt, 2 ¾ cup of milk, and 3 tablespoons of tapioca. Put ingredients in a saucepan, let it sit for 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a full boil. (pudding will thicken as it cools) Remove from heat. Stir in ¾ teasp. vanilla. Let stand and stir once after 20 mins. Serve warm or cold. Makes 5 servings.
